Engineering Manager (m/f), Bareilly in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Interface with Human Resources to insure that company policies are consistently applied and practiced
- Provide input on features, functionality, and other aspects of what's being produced that the team may not be considering
- Mediate and facilitate critical and crucial conversations,including but not limited to performance and conduct issues, and take appropriate action as the situation dictates
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the technology the engineering team uses, as well as monitor trends in the industry via news and the changing competitive landscape
- Regularly conduct meetings to receive feedback and provide mentoring, coaching, and career growth and development opportunities
Your skills:
- Experience in mentoring and developing teams and talented individuals
- Ideally have solid experience with developing highly scalable systems
- Hands-on experience working with and managing distrubuted team members a plus
- 4+ years experience as an established manager and servant-leader of a software engineering team
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
