Account Representative (m/f), Bareilly in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Perform quarterly customer wellness checks as needed
- Help customer develop and meet implementation goals
- Cultivate leads to initiate trials or sales
- Host weekly product demonstration Webinars
- Understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offeringsto the customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and communications
- Assist with post-sale issues including, but not limited to, training/implementation, support issues, software functionality, customer care issues
Your skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an AccountRepresentative
- Strong knowledge of computers and standard Software
- Ability to present a product in an effective, professional manner
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
